The old linoleum was looking old and yellowed. The client wanted to upgrade the flooring in the powder room, entrance/laundry area and hallway. When we lifted the toilet we noticed the broken plumbing that had been leaking into the floor. We repaired the subfloor and the plumbing. The new linoleum was cut to fit in one piece. No seams to lift or collect dirt. Toilet was replaced in the powder room.
